After many years on fertility drugs my weight had steadily increased and I was at my heaviest for over 20 years before I even becamepregnant. When I became pregnant my weight further increased by12kg. I then found Lose Baby Weight on Facebook and decided to give it a go

Jessica loses 12kg

By 7th december 2011 I had had my second child Harrison, Makayla was still only 14 months old and as they were so close together I hadn’t lost the weight from Makayla.

So by the end of December I was 92kgs – I had put on 22kgs and with my wedding being in November this year I knew I had to get going and onto a weight loss plan, but didn’t know where to start.

But then I came across the Lose Baby Weight site and I knew I had to give it ago, so 12 weeks later and alot of hard work and following the diet & exercise plan I have lost almost 12kgs so that just leave me 10kgs till my goal weight by November.

“I’m a 36 year old mum to 4 beautiful daughters aged 7, 6, 3 and 15mths. As you can imagine I have spent a very large part of the last 7yrs either being pregnant, breastfeeding or chasing after toddlers. After the birth of my last daughter I was feeling sluggish, tired and overweight.

I was just looking on facebook, and saw a picture in my newsfeed, and thought to myself, “That person has the same bathers as me, but she looks heaps better in them than I do!” I clicked on the picture and was shocked to find it WAS me!

It was such a pleasant surprise and I wanted to share with you, as you have helped me so much to get to this point. Hi Rhian, Guess what….. I’m at my goal weight!!! I still can’t believe it, only 4 1/2 months after having our 2nd baby and only 8 weeks after starting the Lose Baby Weight program! To date I have lost 8kg and 10cm off my waist!!

Amy Loses 6kg

One day whilst reading one of your great Facebook status updates I decided that’s it I’m checking out this website and when I saw that you sold a product (not just offered recipes or exercises) I was very interested and to see it was breastfeeding approved was great as I want to keep breastfeeding as long as I can and I had just made the sad realisation that getting my figure back would have to wait.

Hi Rhian, I‘m sure you get heaps of these emails daily, but i still wanted to tell you how wonderful I feel.

When I was pregnant with our older daughter, I really “enjoyed” myself and put on a whopping 25kgs! I only lost 10kgs before i fell pregnant with… our second daughter. So really, I am trying to lose “BABIES” weight.

With two small children and 25kgs to lose, before I started the smoothies, it felt like an impossible task. I was exhausted, eating terribly and doing very little exercise. Hi Rhian, I just wanted to send you a pic of me and where I am half way on my journey! I have lost 7kg so far and have 7 to go!!

Can’t believe how easy the lose baby weight plans are to follow and they actually work!!! I was a bit wary of them given I am still breastfeeding and didn’t want it to negatively affect my supply.

During my pregnancy i gained 25kgs i went from 55kg to 80kg, 2 years later and i STILL had 8kgs to lose!

It took a christmas present of a yearly pass to wet’n'wild for me to realise that my weight had taken over my life, i didnt want to take my daughter for the simple fact no way would i be wearing a swim suit in public that’s when i contacted Rhian from losebabyweight.

Since starting the program (5 weeks ago) i have lost 6kgs and only have 2 more to go!! I love how easy the programme is i actually find i am eating more now than i was before just now i am eating the RIGHT foods. Nikki Brown lost 3.5kg

Even though I only had a few kilos to loose I thought you might like to use my story if it in someway inspires others in a similar position.

I managed to pretty much loose all my baby weight in the first 6 weeks, I had put on 10 kilos in total, however I went to Perth to visit family in September and for some reason ate like a maniac and put on 3.5 kilo’s, by the end of my stay I felt yuck. I came across your website through facebook and thought it looked easy and effective.

I ordered the stuff before i left and started when I got home. I found everything so easy to make and due to so many recipes on your website had plenty of variety, I stuck to walking an hour every second day and cooking healthy yummy meals for dinner and after 3 weeks had lost 3.5 kilo’s. I have found i have so much more energy and we just went camping for 2 weeks over the holiday period and have come back and not put any weight on.

I would like to lose another kilo so will be sticking to your plan for a bit longer, but wanted to say thanks for the help in getting rid of those last pesky kilo’s in an easy and simple way and to let you know I feel 100% better having those few kilo’s off!!!.

I’m a 32 year OLD Registered Nurse and Midwife currently on extended maternity leave. Ruth Eaton loses 6kg

I had my third baby in August and since she is to be my last, I finally feel that it is worth while losing my baby weight for good.

I was initially sceptical about having dieting whilst breastfeeding. I have not had a good history with milk supply with my first two children so I didn’t want to do anything that would jeopardise that.

I started up just coming into the Christmas season thinking I expected to maybe maintain weight at a time when I would usually put it on.

However, much to my delight I have already lost about 6 kilos in two months.

I am amazed with the amount of energy I have during the day. Plus my milk supply is still going strong!

Im a stay at home mum of 6 children under 7 , i had been looking for a way to lose my weight when I came across Lose Baby Weight on Facebook .

When we went away for my sons birthday in February i had not seen myself in a mirror below the neck for 2yrs and when did i cried , i knew i was over weight but i just didnt see myself as THAT big. So when we got back i  decided to give lose baby weight ago and i haven’t looked back ,So far i have been on the plans for 13 weeks and have lost 17.9kgs .

I have never had more energy and i am always getting compliments on my ‘glowing’ skin .For the first time ever i can actually see my goal weight getting closer , thanks to the amazing support i have recieved from Rhian. She is always there to answer any questions or help keep you motivated , the exercises are easy to follow and i actually find myself doing them while putting my twins to sleep or making the kids breakfast.

The whole program is amazing tastes good, looks good, works GREAT. In the beginning I wasn’t sure I would be able to afford it but I bit the bullet and and I’m soo glad I did, now instead of ”treating” myself  with chocolate ,diet coke and fast food I get my Lose Baby Weight plan and as a bonus my shopping bill has dropped by $150 a fortnight as I no longer buy all the junk.

Narelle Binns has lost 8kg so far

I have had 3 babies and after my first child I wasn’t overweight until I had to move away from family and friends to a town where I know no one and didn’t know where to go, my husband was straight into 12 hours days sometimes 6 days a week so I put on 15kgs and still trying to lose it. Both my parents are overweight and on my father’s side there are heart problems so I knew I had to work hard to be healthy.

During my 3rd pregnancy I came across www.losebabyweight.com.au on Face book and “liked” it but didn’t look into it to see what it was about. When my little boy was 6 weeks old I thought I’d take a peek and I have never looked back.

Since starting my journey on the 17th September I have lost a total of 7.9kgs so far and over 28cms and I have changed the way I think about foods I choose healthier food choices for quick snacks I’m eating more fruit then I ever had done before my little baby who is 4mths now is slightly above average for his weight this program is doing wonders for him, people are always giving me compliments on how good I’m looking and I’m feeling really healthy. I still have 14kgs to go but I’m in in no rush because my life is changing for the better and I’m feeling great all ready.

I heard about Rhian’s program and website late last year whilst still pregnant and kept the website in my favourites for future reference. I had my second child in January (my eldest is now 4) and after giving birth I was making poor food choices due to the easy convenience of it all and the constant hunger cravings from breast feeding. After I got the all clear from my 6 week doctor checkup for bub and I, I decided it was time to make some lifestyle changes and get my healthy eating and habits back on track.

I contacted Rhian and started on the budget breastfeeding plan. The program got me on track and re-trained my way of thinking about food. I realised that part of my program is that I’m an emotional eater and will make poor choices when I’m tired, stressed or upset so rather than eat a huge slice of cake I’ll try and go for a walk or try and meditate and unwind instead of trying to cure my emotions with food (which isn’t curing my emotions just making them worse).

The pink bible had a lot of usual tips about food, exercise, recipes and lots of usual facts. Without giving facts and figures I will say that I gained over 15 kgs during my pregnancy. Before I got pregnant I had another 7 kilos on top of that I was wanting to shift. I’ve lost all my pregnancy weight and an additional 2 kilos of my extra weight so I’ve lost the baby weight and very close to my ideal weight. I highly recommend the program to other women out there. I feel a lot more confidence in myself and feel like I have a lot more energy and can survive better when I have those sleepless nights. I love the daily emails from Rhian which have been a constant reminder of what I’ve set out to do and keep me on track. Thank you Rhian and ‘losebabyweight’
