I have lost nearly 48kgs* and many many cms but it’s not just losing weight but gaining fitness, strength, confidence and I am so much healthier and happier now.
Like everybody I have had my ups and down but what I love about the 28 Day Challenges they are so easy to get back on track. Another great bonus is I have made some great friends through the private Facebook page which has been so awesome.
If you haven’t joined the group yet definitely do, I gain so much motivation reading about other ladies journeys and successes.
One thing I was worrying about when I first started maintaining was how would I stay on track and motivated since I wasn’t trying to reach a number on the scales anymore.
Focusing on toning and fitness has really helped me keep motivated to stay healthy. Even though I wasn’t looking to lose more weight I still followed the 28 Day Challenges – don’t think I will ever cancel my subscription.

Having the recipes, shopping list and being able to customise the meal plans saves me so much time and also helps keep more variety in our diets. There are recipes I would never have tried before joining the 28 Day Challenges and I love them.
There are so many new and delicious recipes each month to try and get added to the favourites list which keeps getting longer and longer.
As we are moving into a busy time of year having all this readily available at my finger tips will help keep me going during the silly season.
Especially since we will be having lots of visitors. I also can’t wait to use the recipes Christmas and New Year’s Book, last year we tried some and loved them.
Losing weight can be such hard work, especially if the scales aren’t moving, you are busy or sleep deprived etc but just take it one day at a time.
The reward at the end will be worth your hard work and dedication.
