My life has changed so much since finding Lose Baby Weight and the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges. I am healthier, fitter and happier than I have been in years.
I was bordering on being morbidly obese, I was so unhappy and tired all the time. I remember my first meal from the September 2014 28 Day Challenge, and I knew then that:
a) this was not a diet where you went hungry but a lifestyle change with delicious nutritious filling food and;
b) it was a lifestyle that I was going to be able maintain and continue with.
It took a while getting my head around the fact I was losing weight and not starving myself but you really do lose weight eating delicious food.
