Hi everyone my name is Tasheena. I’m a 28yo old single mum to 3 kids aged 6.5yrs and under.

I first started the Lose Baby Weight plans back in 2013 when my youngest was 4months old and lost 45kgs* in those 2 years but in May 2015 I spilt with my due to domestic violence and put back on 16kgs*.

I have yoyo’d on and off for the past 10 months and currently sitting around the 84kg mark.

My goal would be to get under 80kgs and sit around 72-75kgs.

I have been having the Healthy Mummy Smoothies and eating the recipes from the 28 Day Challenge and website and recipe books.

I even have been cooking the recipes for my new boyfriend which he is gobsmacked on how good the food is.

I have been off my exercise due to falling sick and having a leg and neck injury that I’ve been resting, so slowly getting back into that. I would like to get back into my running where I was running 6kms.

So now I’m just doing little bits of exercise here and there such as walking, playing ball games with the kids and some yoga and weights. Any exercise is better than no exercise.

Hopefully by the end of the month I will lose a kilo or 2.
