I started the Lose Baby Weight Challenges 8 weeks ago.
I have been trying to lose weight since my son (now 2.5yrs) was born. I had managed to lose 10kg but wanted faster and more consistent results.
I joined Lose Baby Weight because I had seen the results people were getting and I’m so happy I joined.
The 28 Day Challenge recipes  have been yummy, quick and easy to prepare.  It’s been easy to change our lifestyle and eating habits because we have been enjoying the foods and definitely don’t get bored.
lose baby weightIt’s also given us variety we would not usually experience with a “diet” menu plan.  And the whole family enjoys it so I don’t need to be cooking different meals for me and another for everyone else.
The exercises are also achieveable with little ones around. So on days where the gym or running isn’t an option, instead of writing off the day, the Challenge exercise keeps me on a positive training track.
In just under 8 weeks I have lost 9.6kg. And even though I have another 17kg to lose I’m positive and headstrong that I can successfully achieve that on with the help of Lose Baby Weight.
I am so grateful to the team.  This and the online support has changed my family’s future for the better.
