Elna says ‘I have it for breakfast and it fills me up way until past lunch time.
I call this my Super Charged Smoothie as the banana is high in potassium, walnuts are high in good fats, and the wheat biscuit is high in fibre.’

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp of Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 1 banana
  • 1 wheat biscuit
  • A handful of walnuts
  • Sprinkling of chia seeds
  • 200 ml of Almond Milk (or any milk you like).
Method:
  • Blend at high speed until smooth.
