I’m Stephanie and I am one of your motivating mums for November and I have lost 25kgs* with Lose Baby Weight.
After having my daughter in September 2013 I was the biggest I had ever been and I knew I needed to do something about it, after months went on I found lose baby weight! And that is when I succeeded.

I have lost a total of 25 kilos with Lose baby Weight since April 2014, I have been maintaining that loss since  January 2015, but like some I have put on 3 kilos over winter and I am ready to kiss that 3 kilos goodbye and possibly a few more and tone!

I went from 84 kilos down to 59 kilos and my current weight is 62 kilos and my aim this month is to get back down to 59.
I will be doing this with the November 28 day challenge.
I have been using the smoothies for over a year now and still love them and usually have 1 a day.
I joined up in September 2014 for the 28 day challenge. I was already a lose baby weight customer and had lost some weight with following the free recipes on the site and having a smoothie a few times a week.

I never ended up finishing the September challenge as we had just bought a house and my daughter needed surgery.
But every day or few days I would check in and catch up on the daily exercises which might I add was a GREAT workout! They are designed to be broken down to suit the busy lifestyle of mothers.
I then told myself I must stick with the October challenge and I did it!
The challenges are perfect in the way that you can customise the meals to suit your own budget and taste which I love doing so with a fussy family.
The challenges have definitely gotten me to try new flavor combinations that I would never have put together or even tried before, if you are unsure about it I recommend you join the support group to see other mums meals from the challenges and to show you that you don’t have to be a master chef to create delicious meals.
I am hoping to motivate you like every other amazing motivating mum has done for me in the past.
