I have been following lose baby weight since December 2014, at the time I was breastfeeding and running around after a 20 month old boy, plus my eldest was at kinder.
I made lots of excuses that I was too busy to lose weight. After I finished breastfeeding I knew this is it. June 2015 I have really committed myself to everything to bring back my old body, also adding some beautiful tiger stripes.
As I received the email saying I was chosen to be a motivated mum for the 100 days I cried. I knew that this was it to push myself to the max.
Since starting the 100 days I have lost 4kg, this is done by following the 28 day challenge and I admit I am very addicted to the Lose baby weight dvd!!

The other ladies who were selected to be the motivated mums have been also amazing support, its good how we can all work together.
I reached a major goal recently of losing 20kg, which now brings me down to 94kg. I have 14kg to go until I reach my goal weight.
I know I can do this by the end of the year.
I am currently having 2 smoothies a day which I absolutely love, they have helped me so much, and they are quick and easy for on the go.
My daughter turns 1 in October so I would love to be close to 90kg, or near about. But if I am not that’s ok, it’s all about not being upset with the scales.
