Very Berry Smoothie Ingredients

  • 2 x tbsp of Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix – you can use vanilla or strawberry flavour
  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries – we used strawberries and raspberries
  • 250 ml of low fat milk of choice
  • 4 ice cubes

Blend for 2-3 minutes to ensure all ingredients blend well together
