We are really enjoying all the delicious smoothie recipes that mums are sending in as part of our smoothie recipe of the week competition whereby each week one mum will win a $100 Myer voucher for sending in their recipe plus a picture of them with their smoothie.

Below is Sarah Crisp’s recipe for a Snickers Smoothie – LOVE IT!!
“Hi Rhian
I’m a true foodaholic and for a weightloss plan to work it has to be yummy which is why the smoothies are great for me.
I’ve been able to mix it up in so many ways and one of my favourites uses my all-time guilty pleasure, peanut butter.
These days I only eat natural peanut butter and only in small amounts and in this smoothie the peanut butter just gives an almost ‘banana caramel pie’ nature that is so satisfying when you’re haveing a sweet craving day.
Here is my recipe;
Whiz it all together and enjoy the silky pleasure of the banana with the peanut butter

I used 3 of my frozen puréed apple cubes and 3 dates instead of banana, plus 1 teaspoon of cacao and I teaspoon of chia seeds!!! Was amazingly yummy, thanks for the great idea!!!!

Omg! This was so good! I added some Chia seeds, cacao powder to it. Best shake so far! =)
