Since signing up to the challenge I have lost 2kg* however there is a noticeable difference in my body as you can see from my before and after photos. This shows that photos and measurements are more important than the number on the scales!
I can also notice a massive improvement in my fitness. With LBW I definitely would not be where I am today!
The smoothies are also great when you are time poor (like all Mum’s are :P) for breakfast and/or lunch!
The smoothies are also filling and delicious which is amazing! I love how smoothies only take a few minutes to make plus they are filled with lots of vitamins and minerals rather than sugar!
best ways to lose weight
On top of healthy eating I usually go to the gym to do classes or weights around 3-4 days per week.
My favourite class is definitely boxing as I always work my hardest, plus it is a good way to relieve stress!
I have the Healthy Mummy DVD which I have only got to use a few times but I really enjoyed it. I will aim to use the DVD at least twice per week from now!
In March I am planning to be the healthiest I could possibly be! I want to have a meal plan every week and prepare all meals that I possibly can so I have no excuse!!
I am usually quite healthy but can be lenient for a sneaky snack BUT in March there will be none of this! All healthy food!! I also want to do some form of exercise at least FIVE days a week and give 110% every session!!
Come on ladies let’s SMASH it this month!! We CAN do it!!! I look forward to being Motivating Mum!!

I’m a busy mum of three boys 5 and under. My partner works away so it’s my children and I by ourselves most of the time. So my time is very limited and I thought that the Challenge would be exactly that – a challenge.
BUT all the meals are already planned out for me, they take 10min max to prepare and even less time to eat them because they are soooooo delish that they don’t last long on my plate.
