I recently turned thirty and I’m on a journey of self discovery. The lose baby weight 28 day plan was the catalyst for the start of my journey.
My journey was originally motivated by weight loss however it has evolved in to so much more than that. I want to live life to the fullest, be as healthy as possible by eating well and staying active (not to punish my body but to nurture it) and I want my children to witness it all.

I want my children to be happy and healthy and live life to the fullest so I’m going to lead by example…..giving up is not an option.
I’ve recently climbed aboard the smoothie train and I’m going full steam ahead (sorry for the train analogy but my son is a massive Thomas fan so it comes naturally lol).
I’ve found they’re really giving me the energy boost I need to get through the day. I’m also signed up for this months 28 day challenge which I’m really excited about.
I’ve got a busy, but very exciting, month ahead and I’m looking forward to sharing this month with you all.
