Ingredients:
  • 1 medium slice of rockmelon
  • 1 pear
  • 2 tbsp of Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 2 tbsp of shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp of no fat natural yogurt
  • 200ml of skim milk (or use your favourite milk)

Method:
  • Blend at high speed until well combined.
  • Enjoy!
