Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • 2tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1tbsp honey
  • Water, added as needed

Method

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor until a pink crumb forms.
  • You’ll need to add tablespoons of water, add 1-2tbsp of water in, process and check the consistency, if still not right you’ll need to add more water.
  • Keep doing this until the crumb will hold its shape when squeezed together.

Recipe makes 11 Balls at 71 calories per ball
