Raspberry, Coconut and Ginger Smoothie

lose_baby_weightWe love creating new smoothies and giving you inspiration on our Lose Baby Weight plans.

And this week we were joined by nutritionist and author of What’s Eating You, Kathleen Alleaume, to make a super charged nutrient dense smoothie which is full of goodies to make you feel great and help you to lose your baby weight.

Raspberry, Coconut and Ginger Smoothie
  • 3/4 cup of raspberries (frozen are great_
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1 x tbsp of coconut
  • 1 x tbsp of ginger
  • 200ml of milk
  • 2 x tbsp of Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie

Blend it all up and enjoy!
