We love this Healthy Mummy Smoothie recipe – it is refreshing, filling, full of nutrients and it tastes delicious!
It is very high in fibre too – the Healthy Mummy smoothie mix on its own gives you 6g of fibre then with the passionfruit (one of the highest high fibre fruits), the pineapple and the oats you are at 10g of fibre in one smoothie – perfect for your inner health and digestion – plus fibre helps you stay fuller for longer.
Smoothie
Ingredients

  • 2 x tbsp of Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • The pulp of 1 passionfruit
  • 1/4 cup of pineapple
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 250ml unsweetened Almond Milk or use any milk of your choice
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Blend for 2-3 minutes
