Today we have a reader recipe for you all that uses the Peanut Butter Fudge Bars. This smoothie is packed full of nutrients and will still help you to lose baby weight.
With the protein and goodness from the peanut butter, sunflower seeds & oats, the guilt-free deliciousness of the dark choc chips from the fudge bars along with the creaminess of the banana & the coldness off the ice, this makes for one decadent smoothie! Perfect for when you’re really wanting something to hit that sweet spot but with all goodness and no guilt!

To lower the calories, you can change milk type, use two pieces of fudge instead of three and replace with more ice etc.  For me though, I don’t count calories, just nutrients!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix (there is some smoothie mix in the fudge bars)
  • 250ml light milk
  • 3 small squares of the Peanut Butter Fudge Bar
  • 1/2 banana
  • 10 ice cubes

Method

  • Blend well for 2-3 minutes, or if you’re life me and like the texture to be chunky, just blitz until ingredients are combined
  • Enjoy!!
