Gilly has shared this fruity smoothie with us. Feel free to substitute the fresh peaches for tinned ones if you don’t have any on hand.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup fresh or tinned peaches
- 1/4 cup watermelon
- 3 strawberries
- 200mls skim milk
- 5 ice cubes
- 2 scoops of vanilla or strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder
Method:
- Blend at high speed until well combined.
- Enjoy!
