Hi Lose Baby Weight, with the hot hot weather my kids love to cool down with an homemade frozen fruit and yoghurt Ice Block so it got me thinking – why can’t I too !!!
I had a lot of extra watermelon in the fridge so I blended this all up and froze it to make watermelon Ice.

Hello Lose Baby Weight team, I am please to share that since I have started the healthy mummy smoothies I’ve lost 11kgs.
I’m a mother of two girls a two year old and 4 month old. With my second pregnancy I stop weighing myself at 32 weeks when I was already 92kgs.

I had my baby at 39 weeks and after two days I weighed 88kgs. I knew I had to do something.

There’s something about a rainy day that triggers a desire to make comforting, warming food. Whether it’s soups and broths, casseroles or something pasta based, a mixture of slow cooked meats and carbohydrate rich vegetables usually feature.
When we think about comfort food, we often don’t think about it as being suitable when trying to lose weight. Comfort food is usually synonymous with high calories, lots of sugar or salt and processed or simple carbohydrates like white bread and pasta or gooey pastries and cakes.
