My name is Nerita. I am 24 and the mum to three beautiful kids under 4.
I found The Healthy Mummy when a friend added me to the Facebook support group. I was around 20 weeks pregnant with baby number 3. I was so motivated that I signed up to the 28 Day Challenge straightaway. It then led me through a pretty healthy pregnancy.
Around Christmas time I lost my way a little because of serious fatigue, which I later found out was due to zero iron stores. By the end of the pregnancy I had only gained 15kgs.Nerita Is 18kg Down And A June Winter Warrior Motivating MumMy little man is 14 weeks now and I’ve lost 18kgs. I am under my pre-pregnancy weight at 100.7kgs. But I have 30kgs to lose yet.

I am loving this program so much. It has become my lifestyle. I am pushing myself all the time to try new things. Things I would have never done before. I struggle with anxiety and still sometimes have bad days, especially if I have had refined sugar. But with Healthy Mummy I am managing my mental health a lot better.
