As the end of the January 28 Day Challenge for 2015 comes to an end, I have been doing some reflecting on my goals and overall Lose Baby Weight ‘journey’.
With one week to go on the challenge, it is unlikely that I am going to reach my goal of losing 5kg for this challenge. I am not disappointed at all, as I know that I completely changed my lifestyle and I have lost cm’s from all over my body and I nearly hit by goal. Since starting Lose Baby Weight in November 14, I have lost 8.6kg.
Throughout this past month I have plateaued. But with determination, patience and support from the Lose Baby Weight Facebook Group, I have pushed through it which is something I most likely would have given up on previously.  Over the past two weeks, I have really stepped it up with my exercise by doing some high intense workouts to target my plateau, along with some treadmill running and walking, and doing The Healthy Mummy DVD.
I have found the The Healthy Mummy DVD to be very useful, it’s convenient and you can progress at your own pace when using hand weights and when doing other exercises on the DVD.
As I have mentioned in a previous blog, I have tried every other diet I could get my hands on, but I always slipped way way back.  From my experience, what sets Lose Baby Weight a part from other diets, is that there is real evidence of weight loss results by Mummy’s like yourselves reading this blog. Another huge difference is that we get to eat real food, regularly throughout the day, that is so delicious it’s hard to believe it’s healthy.
My journey is definitely not over with Lose Baby Weight. To date the transformation has been huge, my body is losing cm’s and my mind is in such a good place that for once, I want my weight loss to catch up to my mind set. I owe this success to LBW, for re-educating me and switching my attitude towards food to be healthier resulting in a happier me.
