I am a mum to two beautiful kiddes 2.5 and 6 months and have lost 34 kgs* using lose baby weight.

Over the past two years I have changed who I was forever which is a good thing because before lose baby weight I thought an egg and bacon pie was healthy (mushrooms for veggies, bacon for meat and puff pastry for carbs), water was something that went into IceCube trays to put in my soft drink and exercise was getting from the couch to the pantry.

I wish I was joking or exaggerating, trust me.
Why is this the weight loss program that worked after weight watchers, Atkins, the soup diet, the 0 calorie diet, light and easy and duromine?
Because my food loving friends, it taught me how to cook yummy and filling healthy food with healthy treats included, I never felt like I was going without. It wasn’t extreme, didn’t cut out food groups and was totally realistic for a life as a new mum.
I have been super open in the private Facebook group about my mental health struggles and my beginning of taking medication to help.
I hope I have also shown that exercise and diet are a huge part of how I didn’t completely fall apart and what a positive influence this has had in my recovery.

The last few weeks has been an absolute cracker for me, I think since taking care of my mental health it’s given me the freedom to concentrate on other things and boy have I!
I’ve lost a kilo a week which has been huge for me as breastfeeding was holding onto the weight.
I’m trying new exercises like YouTube cardio kickboxing, running steps, lots of squats plus my usual bike and healthy mummy DVD and I’m loving it!
Stepping outside my comfort zone has been the best thing ever!
