WOW, what an amazing MONTH!! I have to say it has been totally full on BUT amazing. I am so proud of myself that I have come so far even with the stresses of children and university life!
Juggling everything has proved to be somewhat difficult BUT I lost 4kgs* this month and am so close to my goals.
I have to thank the Lose Baby Weight team for coming up with such an amazing plan for busy mums like me.
The exercises were quick and easy to keep on top of. The meals proved to be amazing, yummy and even my husband took a crack at whipping some up while I was on shifts!
I would completely and do always recommend the Healthy Mummy plans to ALL the mums who ask me about my weight loss. I feel AMAZING!!!!
