My name is Janet Cook and I’m so excited to be a Motivating Mum for the month of October!! I have previously lost 20kgs with Lose Baby Weight after the birth of my first son Jensen- ending up nearly 10kgs lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight! Below is my previous weight loss on the plans with baby number 1

My second son Carter was born 8 weeks ago and I’m so happy to be getting healthy with Lose Baby Weight for the second time! I feel ready to get back in shape and I couldn’t be happier to do this with the Healthy Mummy products and support.
So far I have lost 2kgs by having a daily Healthy Mummy Smoothie and healthy meals and snacks. I’ve also been following the 28 Day Challenge loosely and have loved the meals!
I have been taking it easy and letting my body recover, but I have recently received the all clear from my obstetrician. Last week I started training for a 6km fun run in November and jogged 2.5km without stopping. I already feel healthier even though I have only started.

During this month I plan to have 1-2 Healthy Mummy Smoothies per day, healthy meals and snacks off the 28 Day Diet and Exercise Plan, 28 Day Challenges and Lose Baby Weight website. I’ll also be combining the Healthy Mummy Post Pregnancy Exercise DVD with regular walking and training for my run.
