My fiancé and I have been following the 28 Day weight loss challenge/eating plan since March 2015.

We have absolutely loved every bit of it, from all of the amazing meals, the smoothies, and the daily exercises!
We are always saying to everyone who has asked about our weight loss journey; Lose Baby Weight is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change, not one that leaves you craving all the naughty things you know you shouldn’t, but one that gives you alternatives, such as those amazing ‘Sneaky Snickers Smoothies, Healthy Hedgehog Slice or the Chocolate Lava Mug Cake’!
I am soo thankful since starting my Lose Baby Weight journey.
The challenges have not only improved my life, as I feel healthier, happier and stronger but also the lives of my fiancée and my 2 young children’s; our success has touched everyone around us (since loosing a total of 25kgs* in 9 months, of that 12.5kgs* since March).
I would love to share my success with other mums, who may be lacking the motivation or even those of you that are still unsure as to whether you’re ready to step into a 28 day challenge!

I would also love to share my story and passion with you: I have a sever lower back injury, and have previously needed steroid injections into my spine, to help me from having debilitating pain and being unable to walk at its worst, after an injury in 2010.
I myself never thought id be where I am today, but since beginning to get back into light exercise in October 2014, and following the 28 day eating plans since March 2015, through diet and following all of the challenge exercises, it has helped to strengthen my back and am now no longer needing any further steroid injections, as my muscles have gotten stronger, doctors have said that my new muscle tone is helping to support the damage in my spine and here I am finding myself absolutely loving to run and exercise, feeling as if I have a new found lease on life and I couldn’t be happier!!
I also have PCOS and am still breastfeeding our son, my weight loss has been slow yet steady, but its all about dedication and the desire to change your life for the better!
Its not always about being a size 10, instead it’s about how you feel inside.

I myself have been overwhelmed with having soo much energy, since starting the 28 day plans; I had never stepped foot in a gym, never the ambition to run, or to even do a squat of a sit up to save my life.
Yet here I am today, I have found a love to do a 5k park run every weekend and find myself striving to beat my PB each time, I even have a gym membership and am loving all the classes and I have a mini set up at home with my treadmill, weights and everything I need to complete my 28 day daily exercises and the desire to push myself further with the challenges.
So long story short, I could not be where I am without Lose Baby Weight, and I would absolutely love to share my love for everything ‘Healthy mummy with you!!’
