Hey amazing ladies! I have now lost 14kg with Lose Baby Weight
I hope june is going great for everyone, I’m at my lightest since being pregnant, 53kgs and have been maintaining it for a little over a week.
Lose baby Weight-14kg Loss
Things haven’t been the easier the past 2 weeks, due to some personal reasons but I haven’t let it stop me getting into shape. I am happy to report I’m eating healthy Lose Baby Weight comfort food instead! And I’ve started having the smoothies and they are so YUMMY.
I’m in love with the coco banana bliss smoothie from the 28 day challenge, it’s so amazing and all the smoothies are so easy to put together
Something that I struggle with it exercising in front of people, but I will be breaking through that and doing the Perth colour run this year.
It’s going to be tough on many levels and I’m not really a runner either but I’m ready for this challenge.healthy eating meal plans
My new goal now is to exercise more and tone up now that I’m at my goal weight. It’s still hard to believe looking back that I’ve come all this way and I really couldn’t have done it without the Lose Baby Weight team and the supportive people on the journey beside me.
The exercise dvd is kicking my butt! I did my first 5 minutes and boy did I feel that burn, sexy here I come! Love, love loving it 😀
SMOKING UPDATE!!!
I’m down to 5 a day! I ahve been going hours without and I started drinking water when I feel like one and making myself do ten squats. Hoping I can stop all together very soon. Hope everyone else is going well at their goals, we can do it 😉
