I am absolutely loving the 28 Day Weightloss Challenge, the new recipes every week are amazing and super easy to prepare around my 4 Children!
My family have had a few different bugs over the last few weeks and having my meals all planned out has really helped.

One of our favourite meals so far this month have been the Tandoori Chicken the whole family loved this one and I changed the servings to make 6 servings so Hubby had left overs the next day he was a happy man as he loooves his curry’s, so it’s fantastic being able to make favourite meals in a healthy way.
The exercises this month are again fantastic, it’s great knowing I can fit exercise around my children during the day and most days my children join in too !!

The Healthy Mummy Smoothies are a lifesaver for me I have a smoothie as a meal replacement for Breakfast and Lunch everyday and have done most days for the last 3 years, I haven’t got sick of them at all and there are always new combinations I can come up with.
One I have made this month is:
250mls oat milk
50gms coconut yoghurt
2 frozen feijoas
1/4 frozen banana
1 tblspn Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie
1tblspn Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie

As a breastfeeding mum of a 4 month old the Healthy Mummy Smoothie is fantastic for my milk supply I find as I am busy with 4 kids now the days I don’t have a Healthy Mummy Smoothie I notice a drop in my supply.
My results since starting this 28 day challenge after week 1 I’ve lost 1.7kgs and 4cm off my waist so the Challenge is really working for me!!
