These challenges have taught me how good nutritious food and regular exercise, help both my body and mind!
I did have a few ‘bad’ meals and there were a couple of days I just didn’t exercise, the Healthy Mummy Smoothies were my one constant life saver.
Thank goodness they are so quick, easy and delicious!!!!
The challenges have taught me that this LIFESTYLE CHANGE, cannot be undone by 1 or 2 off days.
To get back into it all and stay on track, I used my before and after photos as motivation.
This shows me how far I have come! Especially because I started my weight loss journey around this time 3 years ago.
