What a great month!! Down another 4 kg and now I have lost 20kg with Lose Baby Weight.

I have mastered the warm smoothie and look forward to it every day- especially with the weather being so cold!
My core is stronger due to the Pilates in the Challenges and I have added some new challenge recipes into my ‘forever’ folder.
On Sunday I go back to the place that I had my unhealthiest lifestyle but I have changed, not just in body but in mind. And while I will be relaxed I know I have turned a massive corner of health and happiness and good mood!!
I have learnt a lot about food and myself and now for the ultimate test – Ireland in beer garden season!

I know some people might have trouble catching up to the idea that I stop at two drinks or don’t want a burger at 3am but my body and my family are too important to me to go back to that.
I am amazed and grateful that my body functions so well after years of mistreatment! Better go pack my raincoat for an active healthy Irish summer. Heartfelt luck and love to all the mums making these changes.
