Hi, my name is Monique and I’m your Inspirational Mum To Be for July.
I’m a mum of 3 children, soon to be 4 in a short while, and 2 angel babies.
I’ve been a 28 Day Challenge member for 2 years now. I love using the meal plans, and the new ideas for meals and snacks each month.
I also use the Healthy Mummy Smoothies as a meal if I’m short on time, or as a quick snack option. The pregnancy smoothies are amazing at giving me that extra energy I need when I’m feeling tired.
Since getting pregnant, I’ve aimed to keep as active as possible, some days it’s a decent walk. Other days, I do a couple of youtube fitness videos. Some days I just take it easy, because that’s what my body needs.
This is my last month being pregnant. Unlike my previous pregnancies, which often saw me giving up on being active and eating well in the last month, I want to continue to be healthy until the end.
I want to make sure that I am, by being accountable to you lovely ladies in this group.
