Ingredients

  • 250ml milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder
  • 1/4 frozen banana
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina (available from health food stores)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp peppermint essence
  • 5 ice cubes

Method

  • Place all ingredients into your blender
  • Blend on high for 2-3 mins
  • Enjoy
