Ingredients
- 250ml milk of choice
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder
- 1/4 frozen banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 tsp spirulina (available from health food stores)
- 1 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp peppermint essence
- 5 ice cubes
Method
- Place all ingredients into your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Enjoy
