Motivating Mum Ash Petroff has done it again with this indulgent Mint Choc Chip Healthy Mummy Smoothie recipe.

Ingredients
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 tsp spirulina (optional)
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1.5 Tbsp of cacao nibs mixed through and some for on top
- A few drops of peppermint essence
- Lots of ice
Method
- Place all ingredients in blender, make sure you save 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs for the top of your smoothie
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins, it is important to blend your smoothie for a good amount of time so that the wholefoods in the smoothie mix can breakdown
- Tip into your favourite glass or jar and sprinkle remaining cacao nibs on top
- Enjoy!
