I have been using the Lose Baby Weight healthy eating plans and 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges as well as enjoying the yummy Healthy Mummy Smoothies daily, for almost three years and I still loooove them!
This is definitely my favourite and you can use any flavour of The Healthy Mummy Smoothie powders that you like. It turns out like a sorbet and is delicious!

Mint Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder (any flavour)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 pieces mint dark chocolate
  • 200-250mls milk of choice

Method

  • Place in a blender and blend for a good 3 minutes.
  • Place in a glass and enjoy.
  • Serves 1. Approx 300 calories per serve.
