resultsI started the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges in mid August 2014 on an impulse.
I knew I needed to eat healthier and it looked like a good way to keep myself accountable and organised.
To be honest I wasn’t expecting much but about 5 months later I had lost 15 kg and was pre (1st) baby weight!
Now at the end of the June Challenge I’ve lost close to 25 kg and I’m the healthiest I’ve been in years and I feel great.
The results were beyond my expectations and I love how easy it is to plan meals and eat healthy.
I love that it’s not a quick fix or fad diet, it’s real food with real goals that can be achieved.
