We love this smoothie recipe – mangoes are full of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Beta Carotene plus are low GI – so make a great snack as well as great for adding into your smoothies

Mango berry smoothie

Mango Berry Smoothie

  • 2 tbsp strawberry healthy mummy smoothie mix
  • Handful of frozen mango
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp of almond meal
  • 250ml of almond milk
  • 6 ice cubes

Blend for 2-3 minutes
