For myself, the last week or two have been a bit tough with some digestion issues, but I have stuck to my food plans and where possible exercise at gym and or challenge exercises.
What I enjoy so much about this programme is that even when things aren’t 100% exercise wise, I can take some kind of comfort in knowing that I’m fuelling my body properly, and that in itself helps keep me on track, and in control.
In my time of being a motivating maintenance mum, I’ve had lots of questions regarding what exercises I do for my core, and the answer is lots of HIIT exercises, Ab work such as planks and body balance classes.

I attempt to stay as active as possible even on non-gym days, walking and playing with the kids, parking further away from shopping centre or even pushing out a few squats while dinner cooks, it all counts.
Once again, a common link in my month, was budgeting and making ingredients go further.
So I found ways of using up jam’s from jam drop biscuits in smoothies or on pancakes, or using up the left over chicken and mushroom from the filo parcels, with some rice and salad the next night.
I hope to continue to inspire, and be inspired by all you amazing women, with one common goal, to lose weight and or maintain and be the healthiest, happiest version of ourselves.
