I am a 33year old mother of two girls – a 5year old and a 2 year old.  I started Lose Baby Weight after the birth of my second daughter in August 2013.  I have lost around 27kg and maintained this loss for over 6months.

I started my weight loss journey with Lose Baby Weight by using the free recipes and exercises from the website, then combined that with the smoothies for breakfast and the Lose Baby Weight DVD.
I started doing regular walks for around 1/5hour to 1 hour, increasing the distance and speed until I am able to now run a full 5km continuously.  I have participated in 8km Mothers Day Classic in May 2014, completed a 12km Tough Mudder Style Event and exercise is now part of my daily routine.  Without it I feel lost!!  It helps me emotionally as well as my fitness and health, and is a great example for my kids to grow up with.
In September last year I started the Lose Baby Weight 28day challenges, and continue to do them every month.
I love the weekly meal plans that also provide you with a shopping list, an absolute lifesaver during busy weeks as a part time working mum.  One less thing to worry about!   The recipes are quick and easy, and my kids enjoy them too.
The exercises a short but effective and can be completed in your living room, in the backyard or at the playground while the kids have a play!

Losing the weight has only been part of the journey, discovering my strength’s mentally and physically has been exciting and made the journey that much more rewarding and enjoyable.
During the last 6months life has thrown me a few curve balls, as it does to all of us, but with the tools that Lose Baby Weight has provided me nutrition and exercise wise, I have been able to maintain my weight loss.  I have learned that I can indulge over Christmas, Birthdays etc and it’s not the end of the world!
I absolutely love my Lose Baby Weight lifestyle, and am excited about the future!
