This recipe uses our Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix that is the perfect meal replacement for busy mums.
Ingredients
- 2Tbs vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 2 lemon and coconut bliss balls
- 2 soaked dates
- 200ml cooled green tea
- 50ml unsweetened almond milk
- Sprinkle of chia seeds
- Ice
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins until very well combined
- Enjoy
