The Healthy Mummy Smoothies make the perfect breakfast for busy mums or mums on the go and go perfectly with our healthy eating plans.
Ingredients
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2tbsp Healthy Mummy vanilla mix
- 1tbsp of yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Method
- Blend everything except for the strawberries
- Once blended put 1/3 of vanilla mixture in a spare cup
- Blend strawberries with remaining mixture, it will go really thick
- Spoon 1/2 strawberry mixture into your glass, pour vanilla mixture on top, then spoon in remaining strawberry mix
Serves 1
