Hi, my name is Lauren and I’m one of your motivating mums for the month of October and I have lost 11.9kgs* with Lose Baby Weight.

 I have two children, four and a half and almost three.
I’ve been a long time follower of the Lose Baby Weight Page and have been purchasing the smoothies for a few years as well.
However I only started my first 28 day challenge in July 2015.
I reached my highest weight last year of 71.6kg.

I was extremely bloated, felt very down about my appearance and I was very lethargic.
I managed to lose 4kg but then plateaued and was unable to shift the weight.
That was, until I started my first 28 day challenge in July 2015.
I have managed to lose 7.9kg over three challenges and have gained so much knowledge about healthy eating.
With the help and support of the Lose Baby Weight team and all the mums in the private support group, I am now only 1.7kg from my goal weight.

I really hate to think where I’d be if I didn’t give this a go.
