My name is Kyra.

I am a single mum of 2 (6yo G and 4yo B) and I work full-time, I live in the Yarra Valley of Victoria.

I’ve been following the Healthy Mummy weight loss plans since May this year and decided to become a 28 Day Weight Loss challenge member around 2 months ago.

In May 2015 I weighed 91.8kgs I am now 79.2kgs all thanks to this wonderful and encouraging group and of course the 28 day Challenges.
