Hi my name is Kayleen and I am one of your motivating mums for the 100 day count down to summer and I have lost 20kgs* with Lose Baby Weight.
Currently I haven’t lost any weight since the countdown started not sure why but I think my body is comfortable where it currently is.

At times I got down and really disappointment and not sure why my body has been in a rut and not long any kgs for the last couple of months and the thought of being a failure to you crossed my mind.
Then I realise that scales don’t define the beautiful confident person I am today.
I am complete 180 from the old me who was a major stress head, suffered way too many panic attacks and totally wasn’t looking after myself.

I am happy with my progress and I’m just maintain and focusing on living a happy healthy lifestyle because that what lose baby weight is all about and its working because I haven’t gained any weight.
If I happen to lose a few kgs then that’s a double bonus but if I don’t well it not end of the world.
I am currently training for my second triathlon towards the end of this year and building up my strengths which is running, these are the things that keep me going and therefore whether im 75 kg or 108 kgs  makes no difference because size and scales don’t matter you just need to believe and you will succeed!
I think us as women put way to much pressure on ourselves to get to a certain weight that the charts say.
My DR actually informed me at the very start of 2015 when I was approx. 95kg she just said 85-90 kgs will be fine for you.
I didn’t believe her at first because I had the number 75 floating around.
But after losing 20 kgs and  being a yoyo between 88-90 I actually starting to think this is my comfortable weight for now.
Staying positive when you keep falling off the wagon more then then you stay one.
I sure feel your pain but I then think of my progress so far and I just keep going one step forward 5 steps back one step forward and so forth.
Keep going ladies you will find your comfortable you just be kind to herself along the way on your weight loss journey.
