It’s been a great experience and even though I haven’t lost any kgs or cms to date since start of challenge  what I have gained more means way much more than numbers on the scales to me.

I’ve been successfully able to maintain my current weight for last 6 months, I’m a healthy active mummy that number one focus was to continue being a active healthy mummy and I have done that with flying colours.
With medically being unable now to continue with any strenuous exercise other then walking and slow swimming I’m going focus my heart and soul into my food.
Being a challenge member definitely keeps me on track and this is a time I really need to stop and think about my health.
I’ve hit so many bumps in the road on my journey and this is just another but each time my determination and willpower excels.

Some of my tips to finish of our countdown to summer are

  • try on the motivation outfits you may have chosen at the start and to take pictures to see your amazing progress.
  • keep up your eating and exercise plans
  • having a prep food day definitely helps with staying on track.
  •  just keep going even if you haven’t lost anything in numbers  I’m sure there are some great NSV you have achieved.
  • NSV are just as important in our weight loss journey
So keep going ladies and let make last few weeks count
