Lose Baby Weight has given me so much knowledge. I have tried many different “diets” but I knew nothing. I ate what I was told to eat and that was it.
I would eat a cheat meal and think “stuff it, I’m done now.”
I walked away lighter than when I started but within a couple of months, I was heavier than when I started.

Lose Baby Weight has taught me about different food groups, the plans help me choose what my family wants and I create a slightly modified plan to the original each week.
It has taught me how to be “healthily naughty” with the yummy desserts.
I no longer crave the less than healthy foods because I know Lose Baby Weight will have something similar to what I’m craving, but better.
