I am 26 and I feel like I’ve have struggled with my weight for a long time.  I got down to 64kgs for my wedding day but slowly put
weight back on after that day.

3 years ago I fell pregnant and I weighed around 72kgs, I put on 16kgs through pregnancy then lost  about 8-9kgs in the 4 months after the birth. I was really just plodding along living life and eating cake 🙂
