Hi Lose Baby Weight
Exercise has been my big focus this last fortnight as I’m down to the last 10kgs in my post baby weight loss after losing 18kg on your weight loss plans
I’ve started to realise how reliant I’ve become on exercising daily (compared to zero exercise before!) and how much I miss getting my heart rate up on my rest day. I’ve been doing 45 minutes of pilates daily with the Healthy Mummy DVD on days to mix it up. I really felt my butt and thighs the next day after the DVD – it definitely works!
Food wise, I’ve been keeping it simple with using the healthy mummy smoothies,  recipes we love from the 28 day plan and the Lose Baby Weight website – the two-ingredient pizza, grilled potato skins and pumpkin salad are some of our favourites. I’ve been drooling over the beautiful photos in the Guilt-Free Cookbook and I can’t wait to try the French Chocolate Cake from it.

A wonderful thing that I finally did this fortnight was to go clothes shopping. I’ve lost quite a lot from my bust and I was so happy to be fitted for a bra and to be told I was now a 12DD. Previously, I was a 14G for years. So happy! AND, I’m a 14 in jeans now.
Overall, since starting using the The healthy mummy smoothies, eating healthily and exercising in December, I’ve lost 18kgs. I’ve gone from 98kgs to 80kgs. To be in a healthy BMI range, I still have 10kgs to go. I can’t wait to be in the 70s. My goal is in sight!
