Wheat Biscuit & Coconut Slice

Ingredients

BASE

  • 8 wheat biscuits-crushed (weetbix are fine to use)
  • 1/2 can of condensed coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut (little extra for top)

ICING

  • 1/2 block dark cooking chocolate
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Method

  • Mix all base ingredients in bowl
  • Then press into container (lined with baking paper).
  • Melt icing ingredients then pour over base. Sprinkle with a little coconut.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Serves 12
