I am so proud of my results, almost 15kg gone. I am doing the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges at my own pace as I know from past experiences that if I put too much pressure on myself, I cave in, binge and don’t want to do any exercises.
I find the healthy meal plans and shopping lists so helpful with a very active 3 year old boy and a clingy (now) 5 month old boy. The foods are even husband friendly and it has completly changed our entire family’s life. The meals are even fussy toddler friendly!! BONUS!!

I think the thing that helps me the most is support from all the other wonderful mums in the same boat, there is no judgment.
