Hi, my name is Kirsty and I am one of the Motivating Mums this August. I am a mum to three girls aged 10, 5 and 3. I suffer from Endometriosis, PCOS, PTSD and chronic depression.  It just took one decision to turn my life around.

In the first picture I weighed 140kg, I was unhappy and I remember I felt awkward and didn’t want my picture taken. I didn’t like anything about myself and my depression was at an all time low.
After having my gall bladder out in January I decided to get healthy because I didn’t want to be this person anymore.
I didn’t want to be the mum sitting on the side lines while my girls made memories without me because I was too embarrassed or too unfit to participate.
That’s when I decided to give The Healthy Mummy a go. I started having the Healthy Mummy Smoothies for breakfast and lunch and joined the 28 Day weight loss Challenge. I love how convenient, easy and super yummy the challenge meals are. I don’t spend hours planning my meals and most of all my whole family loves the recipes.
