Marissa is an experienced personal trainer with expert knowledge in fitness and in nutrition. She is passionate about helping mums to exercise, stay motivated and achieve a strong and healthy body post pregnancy.
Marissa has been part of the Healthy Mummy team of experts since 2014. She has been providing expert advice to the team developing Healthy Mummy specific exercises as well as helping to develop the exercises for our 28 Day Weight Loss challenges. She has also written many informative fitness related posts for the The Healthy Mummy blog.
